It works great! I wish the map could either be switched to night mode or have it happen at dusk just like Google maps. Could the app give alerts based on possible routs vs. Measuring as the crow flies?

What idiot decided that we have to complete the live escort updates or our smart cords do not work? I normally do not turn on escort live until I'm on the highway. Then you're forced update requires me to remove my unit from my windshield and search for small letters and numbers. Why not give us an option to bypass the update until a later time? Do you people think before you do these things?

I purchased the Passport radar for $350.00. I received the radar and immediately started using it. Unfortunately, the radar doesn't pair up very well with my Samsung smartphone, most of the time. That means that I can't use the device in conjunction with my phone. I called Escort dark and was told that an improved version of the app would be available soon but unfortunately it's been 5 months and still no update! The radar works great but the app is at best, useless. I thought that for the amount of money invested, I would have had a high quality product that works as I was told it would by the salesman. What a dhame, "Escort" was once a name that was well trusted!!!

Keeps on trying to access my GPS and trying to connect. Have a Samsung S5. Drains battery make phone run hot. What is good when you can't use this app on a max2 $600 detector?
