I've tried a few push up apps and this is definitely my favourite. I love having to touch the app to count 1 rep as it prevents inadvertent cheating and I much prefer reps to countdown as I fund it more motivational. Also find this app has great progression so loads of life in it! Would be happy to pay a small fee for no ads

Those who rate this app poorly are either not using it to its full potential, expecting results from minimal work, or basing it off of their "inability" to advance. If the app is used religiously and seriously, progress is inevitable. P.S. For those with good form already, don't bother using your nose, just tap the reps away after you've finished the set. Much less annoying.

It is a good app, although I do have a couple of suggestions: Adding short motivational videos after workout or videos explaining correct workout position. Secondly pumping up motivational voice overs could be used to boost workout reps.
